Refund & Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
• In the original packaging with tags
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods
• Custom or special-order products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
